Online Sales Manager

Our client is one of the leading Online Deals & Rewards sites within Ireland’s online media arena. They are now recruiting for a commercially focused, dynamic Sales Manager. The role involves managing all financial aspects and monitoring the operational & commercial performance of the sales advertising department.

Major Responsibilities Include:

• Achievement of Budget and Market share
• Plan and implement advertising sales strategy
• Plan and management of customer retention and development
• Manage relevant reporting of budget/market share and competitor activity
• Develop new initiatives and revenue streams
• Develop and maintain systems to measure activity & performance
• Monitor and appraisal of individual and team performance
• Motivate and encouragement of team members
• Provide sales coaching to team members
• Provide sales training to team members
• Identify areas for improvement and development through skills assessment
• Contribute to the commercial management team
