They are now recruiting for a commercially focused, dynamic Sales Manager.The role involves managing all financial aspects and monitoring the operational & commercial performance of the sales advertising department.

Major Responsibilities Include

Achievement of Budget and Marketshare

Plan and implement advertising sales strategy

Plan and management of customer retention and development

Manage relevant reporting of budget/marketshare and competitor activity

Develop new initiatives and revenue streams

Develop and maintain systems to measure activity & performance

Monitor and appraisal of individual and team performance

Motivate and encouragement of team members

Provide sales coaching to team members

Provide sales training to team members

Identify areas for improvement and development through skills assessment

Contribute to the commercial management team
