Online Marketing Manager
You will be responsible for establishing and rolling out the SEM/PPC function of an exciting new online business. Our product links local SME's with consumers through unique and attractive daily deals. You will be an integral part of the team, directly responsible for the strategic and day-to-day SEM/PPC operations.
This is an exciting role for an experienced, passionate, self-motivated SEM/PPC expert, with the opportunity to have a major impact in a great company within one of the fastest growing and most exciting new business models on the internet. The successful candidate should have a demonstrable proven track record and success in SEM/PPC.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement and manage strategic & day-to-day SEM/PPC activity across Google AdWords, Analytics & Facebook ads
- Setup, measurement and reporting against SEM KPI's
- Ongoing day-to-day campaign management and pay-per-click bid optimisation
- Experiment, develop and execute new and alternative ways to leverage PPC
- Improve PPC performance/conversion rates using techniques including A/B testing
- Strategic and day-to-day management of email marketing
- Monitor and manage budgets, forecasting and tracking
- Deep knowledge and experience of SEM, PPC and social media tools
- 2 years+ hands on experience in managing high profile SEM/PPC activity across Google AdWords / Analytics, Facebook Pages / Ads & ChartBeat
- Experience using keyword research, web analytics and bid-management tools
- Experience with CMS and email marketing software/tools an advantage
- Strong Excel skills with experience in SEM campaign reporting and analysis
- Experience with online/ad copy writing, HTML and JavaScript a plus
- Ability to multi-task, take direction but work on your own initiative against deadlines
- A proven and very active interest in everything digital
- Excellent attention to detail
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
