Online Customer Retention Manager
Our Client is a leading Multimedia Agency.
They are seeking a highly motivated and results driven Online Customer Retention Manager with at least 2 years’ experience in B2C loyalty marketing space. This role will involve setting up and managing the customer retention strategy for our Client's portfolio of gaming and gambling products. This role is ideally suited to someone with a strong background in email marketing looking to take their career to next level. The ideal candidate will be well versed in behavioural marketing techniques and has a full understanding of customer lifecycles.

Responsibilities
 Work with Online Marketing Manager to deliver effective Customer Retention Marketing strategies for a suite of B2C products e.g. Gaming, Gambling, Dating and Tarot
 Plan, implement and optimize the strategy for all customer retention activity e.g. customer touch points via email and SMS, loyalty and points based programmes, win-back promotions and anti-churn programmes.
 Create the copy for all CRM communication with customers via email, SMS and social media
 Work with Product Development team to come up with innovative ideas for email based marketing campaigns
 Liaise with the Customer Acquisition Team to ensure the Customer Retention Strategy fits with overall Marketing Strategy
 Monitor and report on the performance of the Customer Retention Strategy against product KPIs
 Present ideas to Product Managers on opportunities for increasing customer ARPU and reduce churn rates
 Collaborate with in house Web Designers/Developers in the creation of CRM emails to implement the Customer Retention Strategy
 Carry out research reports and competitor analysis as required
 Champion best practices in email and SMS retention marketing to achieve the highest possible results.

 Strong analytical skills with ability to understand KPIs
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 Comfortable presenting ideas and performance metrics to senior management
 Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative promotional ideas
 Capable of writing in a wide range of styles e.g. promotional, educational, informative, conversational etc
 Highly motivated, goal driven and capable of working in fast passed environment
 Ability to work in a team environment and on own initiative
 Enthusiasm, flexibility and a positive attitude

Education & Experience
 2+ years’ experience in similar B2C CRM role
 Gaming/Gambling sector experience highly desirable
 Strong email marketing background essential
 SMS marketing experience highly desirable
 Experience setting up CRM processes and monitoring campaigns
 Business/Marketing degree qualification preferred
 Demonstrated ability to drive loyalty and retention programmes
 Experience building customer database from ground up highly advantageous
 Resource management skills desirable but not essential
