Sales – Direct Sales Manager – Dublin

Our client one of the biggest media brands is looking for a seasoned professional to lead their Direct Sales Team. The ideal candidate will have deep sales experience, demonstrated management capability, and a proven track record in motivating and building a successful team.

The sales manager is responsible for developing Direct Sales and execeeding targets across 3 platforms. This responsibility includes determining the appropriate support model, staffing requirements, target advertisers, and coordinating with functional teams to achieve desired goals. The primary focus will be on top tier client opportunities. This position will report to the group sales manager

Responsibilities:

  • Sales management of Direct Sales operations, including the development and execution of the overall sales strategy.
  • Build a sales team to call upon leading advertisers within Ireland.
  • Build and maintain relations with key SME clients Drive revenue growth across all industry sectors.
  • Coordinate closely with centralized sales operations to ensure the needs of the market are being met.
  • Contribute strategically to the growth and direction of the company’s direct sales function
Requirements:

  • Proven experience in advertising sales and general management.
  • Proven experience in sales management within a media or b2b sector
  • Experience in building strategic partnerships and track record of growing a market is preferred.
  • Fluency in English required.
