Digital Designer
Our Client is one of the largest digital agencies in Ireland
The team comprises of 30 digital experts, with specialist teams for digital media, social
media, search & analytics and design & development. They grew over 100% in 2011, and they are still growing.
There is now a requirement for a digital designer with good UI skills to join the team of developers, project managers and designers. They would like to find someone who's keen to progress and grow with them as they enter a very exciting period of growth for the design & development team.
The ideal candidate will be able to wow and have bags of talent and
enthusiasm for designing excellent digital experiences.
About the role:
• Designing and developing world class user experiences for their clients
• Developing initial ideas, sketches and wires through to finished screen designs
• Working on websites, apps and some display campaigns
• Working alongside a team of developers and project managers, as well as the wider
teams in social media, search and display
• A chance to work with some of the biggest and best known brand names in Ireland on
high-profile campaigns

Must-have skills and experience:
• Excellent visual design skills (and a strong portfolio of digital design to show for it)
• UI design skills with some experience designing for mobile
• HTML and CSS (we're not looking for a coder, but a digital designer who understands
code)
• Understanding of interaction/UX design and the user-centered design process
• Good communication skills, comfortable working in a collaborative team
• Happy presenting ideas and designs to clients and team members
• Comfortable contributing ideas and solutions to creative briefs
• 4+ years solid experience as a digital designer, preferably in an agency
• Demonstrable interest (bordering on obsession) in the constantly changing world of
creative technologies and the many possibilities they offer
