One of Ireland's leading digital agencies is seeking the cream of digital talent to join their growing team of industry leaders. My client is an award winning media agency on a winning streak with accounts across the Drinks, FMCG, Automotive and Financial sectors. You must have minimum 3 years’ experience working in a digital agency at exec to manager level.

Account and Campaign Responsibilities

The Account Manager acts as the main daily contact to a number of designated accounts. Responsibilities include:
  • Profitability - manage the total client campaign lifecycle autonomously. A loss leader role may be considered by management for specific campaigns
  • Plan time required to deliver client campaigns and manage and report on resources consumed
  • Own, build and manage the relationship with assigned clients.
  • Manage campaign renewal process effectively
  • Confidently present complex solutions and issues to clients
  • Conceive and execute campaigns that deliver the client's online business objectives
  • Negotiate and manage contracts/deals with media owners
  • Manage competitive reviews for clients and understand market sector for specific clients
  • Ensuring that a positive contribution is made by the individual to the agency’s & group’s P&L

  • People Responsibilities

    The Digital Client Manager will be responsible for ensuring that excellence is achieved for the client campaigns for which they are responsible for. Responsibilities include:

  • Build and manage effective professional relationships with all colleagues
  • Instrumental in the training process for more junior staff and staff less expert in specific areas of digital
  • Provide quality control for staff less expert in specific areas of digital
