Programmatic Sales Specialist

Our Client is one of Ireland's leading media companies.

As a Programmatic Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for developing our growing display business with leading Agency Trading Desks, DSPs, Ad Networks, as well as other programmatic buyers globally on behalf of the business. You will have knowledge of Real Time Buying (RTB) and Ad exchanges. You will be consulting with the internal sales teams and external clients on programmatic trading and feel comfortable selling audience to buyers and Trading Desks locally and internationally.



Create and package programmatic opportunities with all buyers, including platforms partners (i.e. trading desks eg Google Ad Exchange and Rubicon) to help them pitch our programmatic opportunities successfully.
Set up private exchanges deals, support the execution between buyers and sellers, and optimize and troubleshoot to completion in conjunction with internal operational and account management teams.
Pitch audience segments to gain new business. Analyses and track key metrics to identify campaign performance and highlight issues.
Provide a mature and effective point of knowledge for both the internal INM sales team and external clients about programmatic/real time bidding.
Find process or business improvement opportunities, pitch and implement solutions in order to grow the business.
Drive thought leadership internally and externally on complex issues related to real time bidding, private exchanges and premium programmatic initiatives.

Required Competencies/ Skills:

•2 years of experience in display advertising and or/online advertising account management or business development.
•Experience in media agency or media sales house preferred
•Proficiency in MS Office; experience with data analysis in Excel, including pivot tables and advanced functions
•Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
•Excellent written and verbal communicator
•Outstanding relationship and business builder
•Collaborative team-player yet comfortable with independence
•Can multi-task, prioritize, and balance time across clients, multiple partner relationships and internal initiatives on a daily basis while maintaining a profound attention to detail
