Ensuring their new brand and sub brands standout and engage our key audiences is core to the growth of our business as a platform. Core to this role will be building a brand presence online and maintaining a strong communications strategy throughout the year.
This is a very exciting role for an experienced Marketer as this role will be instrumental in setting the overall Marketing & Communications Strategy for the organisation.
While managing and building the marketing team you will be responsible for all the internal and external marketing communications. Based in their Dublin Head Office, you will work very closely with the senior leadership team and you will report directly to their CCO.
We are looking for an energetic self-starter who has a strong ability to develop and maintain long term relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Take ownership for the Marketing and Communications Strategy, and putting into place an entire new and fresh portfolio of Marketing Collateral – both online and offline
Oversee the development of new brands that will increase awareness of the master brand to the public.
Take ownership of marketing budget and spend, as well as management of 3rd party partners such as creative/marketing/media agencies
Create synergies between media sales, marketing, audience growth teams
Oversee the development and expansion of individual tactical marketing campaigns
Work closely with internal stakeholders such as Finance, Operations, HR teams, as well as external stakeholders such as the Media, Industry Bodies and other relevant associations
Ideal Candidate Profile
You are creative by nature and have built brands from scratch, and delivered new brand identities and strategies
You know media and entertainment
You have built high performing teams that has produced award winning work
You have a 360-degree Marketing background; whilst most candidates will be stronger in
some areas versus others, this role will require someone who has Marketing,
Communications, Social Media, Digital Campaign Management, vent management e and
strong commercial awareness
You can drive maximum ROI from every marketing investment especially in digital
You have managed a marketing budget, including digital budget and has forecasting and
post-campaign reporting experience
You have media industry experience and a genuine passion for the publisher role in media
You love research and data fuelled decision making
You have 5+ years’ experience in a dynamic communications environment
