Reporting to the Client Services Account Director, the Account Manager plays a key role in implementing client strategy within our clients portfolio.
The main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Training, development and motivation of Client Service Executive to ensure client retention and relationship development.
Creating an environment of creativity, excellence and innovation.
Plan, develop, monitor and execute original content for clients through video, audio, design, events and editorial.
Always be a solutions provider. Lead with positive solution/not negative. Escalate to AD once all avenues have been exhausted.
Positioning as a reference point for Account Executive when needed. AE to
confide in AM for guidance and solutions on campaigns.
Develop relationship between CS/Sales – working as one team – one goal.
Encourage an environment of support to nurture this relationship – CS supporting Sales/Sales supporting CS.
Building trusted relationships within media agencies. Continue to increase the flow of return revenue . More face to face meetings/calls – strengthening client relationships.
Adopt a strong communication strategy throughout the organisation
Developing internal relationships with editorial/production/video/design etc.
Strive for a 100% Client satisfaction rate on campaigns. Highlight campaign over delivery/success or examples of where the Maximum Media team have delivered above and beyond on initial requests in campaign reports.
Strive to achieve a zero rate on issues.
Eradicating potential issues on campaigns by having the correct processes in place, identifying potential issues before they become issues & find solutions.
Approach campaigns with a view to receiving recurring bookings/briefs. Seamless campaign management/delivery/quality of content will lead to client satisfaction opening up opportunities for future briefing sessions.
Ensure all up selling opportunities are maximised. In the event of additional last minute spend on a campaign always loop in the relevant Sales person so that they can avail of the opportunity to upsell.
Managing campaign timelines – confirming possible timelines internally while building enough buffer time for client deadlines.
Ensuring a top standard on all client content –cross check of all client content before sharing with client.
-Cross checking content against client briefs
-Spelling/grammar checks/Intro/kicker/Copy Clear regulations, etc.
Lead by example – do what you say – implement current processes on all campaigns.
Process guardian. Developing new processes, and working with AD in implementing.
Delivering a standard of excellence for campaign monitoring. Ensure AE understand the full process involved from campaign introduction – monitoring – campaign reporting.
