Agency Account Manager - Leading Media Group
Our Client is a leading Media Group. They currently have an opportunity for an energetic and media intelligent individual to join their growing sales team to sell across their multi media platforms and join a market leading company with an excellent sales proposition.
This is an existing opportunity to work within a company that is continuously innovating and strives to deliver quality audience engagement.
This role involves managing and growing numerous accounts as well as generating new commercial relationships. The position requires achieving monthly revenue targets and to drive revenue across multiple platforms; print, digital display, video and mobile.
•A key function of this role is to have a thorough understanding of agency/clients business, marketing strategies and media objectives to keep the business brands top of mind.
•Build and develop strong relationships across advertising agencies and key clients.
•Confident in leading any briefs or proposals from clients/agencies.
•Put forward new ideas with clear strategic direction
•Work closely and report into sales management.
•Excellent interpersonal communication skills, be capable of working at all levels of the client organisation and able to work both independently and as part of a team
•Strong knowledge of the current media market place
•A professional, driven , friendly and approachable attitude
•Ability to build relationships is essential
•Possess first rate presentation abilities and proposal writing skills, being able to demonstrate a creative and dynamic approach to winning & maintaining business
•Problem solving & resolution skills
•Strong negotiation& influencing abilities
•Has knowledge of email, excel, word and power point software applications
•Experience in digital advertising and or other forms of media advertising
•Degree or Diploma candidates desirable
