Digital Account Director

Our client is a leader in the world of digital advertising due to their continued success and growth they have an opening for a Digital account director. The successful candidates must be capable of producing innovative and proven online marketing strategies across all practice areas, translate these strategies into tactics, navigate complex client organizations, achieve results and manage expectations. You must be a self starter who inspires and leads your team.

Responsibilities

• Own deliverables that contribute strategic value beyond day-to-day campaign tactics
• Establish rapport and maintain long-term relationships with client champion and executives
• Ensure tactical alignment with stated goals, objectives and strategy
• Prioritize & set expectations on key deliverables
• Accountable for client results across all practice areas
• Orchestrate cross functional teams to achieve strong client results
• Actively lead and/or participate in activities such as regular update meetings, ongoing communication, etc.
• Mentor team and lead continuous improvement throughout the Account Services group
• Achieve recognizable improvements in the skill level and book of business performance of the Account Services team
• Lead highly skilled client delivery teams to enhance and deepen client relationships
• Share responsibility for 100% client retention by proactively identifying risks or opportunities
• Support business development as a situation expert

Requirements and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 5+ years of advertising experience/at least 3yrs being digital
• Strong knowledge and experience in the following areas:
  • Search Marketing (SEO, Paid Search)
  • Display Advertising
  • Email Marketing
  • Social Media
  • Web Analytics
  • Testing & Optimization
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A history of growing and managing teams
• Prior agency experience preferred
• Extreme attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
